The 5 by 10 unit is approximately 50 square feet of space.
It can hold the contents of one small room, about the size of a Walk in closet:
Chairs, Small Chest of drawers, Mattress, Small desks, Small Bookcases, Luggage, Lamps, Kitchenware, Boxes and other small items.

This Unit is approximately 100 square feet of space that can hold the contents of two rooms, such as furnishings from a 1 bedroom apartment. Examples of items that may include are; Chairs, Small desks, Bookcases, Furniture, Luggage, Mattresses, Kitchen appliances, boxes and other small items.

This unit will be approximately 150 square feet of space. For size comparison a 10 by 15 unit could hold the contents of a Large bedroom .
It will hold items such as; Furnishings from a 2 Bedroom Apartment with Kitchen Appliances, Chairs, Small Desks, Bookcases, Other furniture, Luggage, Mattresses, boxes and other small items.

This Unit is approximately 200 square feet of space, think of a Small One car Garage or the furnishings from a small house with Appliances, Boxes and other small items.
The 10 by 20 unit is also for a larger item such as, Tow Trailers, Cars and Smaller Boats.
This unit can hold the Contents of about 5 Rooms.
